Staging Your Home for a Photo Session
Staging your home can make an incredible difference in shortening the time a property is on the market.
Please use the following tips to prepare you home.
Remove vehicles from the driveway and keep your garage door closed.
De-clutter your front and back lawn, putting away garden hoses, toys, shovels, etc. Trim hedges and lawn, open umbrellas, set up lawn furniture before the photographer arrives.
Close windows and adjust window coverings so they are all the same.
De-clutter, less is more – remove distracting items like tea towels, magnets on the fridge, small mats, etc. Replace burnt out light bulbs – Please turn on all of your lights. Try to avoid mixing light bulb types.
Try to make all your rooms look as spacious and neat as possible.
Remove personal photos and valuables that you don’t want viewed on the Internet.
All photographers will were masks when photographing the interior of the home.

Cancellations
24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots. Within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $20 will be applied. If the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property) at the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be charged.
Rescheduling Due To Weather Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not storming, rain or snow, or if the roads are not accessible. If it's a light rain we can still shoot the interior, or we can reschedule the entire shoot to our next available day. (No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather.)
Copyright
The Photographer retains copyright of all images, videos, virtual tours and may use these for promotional purposes. Any photography done for agencies entitles that agent to a licence to use the set of images to promote the property via any medium engaged for the sale of the property for the marketing period. This licence does not permit the agent to provide copies of the images to any third parties or to any other company should the agent move offices. The license does not extend to providing any copyrighted materials to other agencies. Non-payment within 30 days immediately revokes this licence and all images must immediately be removed from all marketing materials.
